I love parties!

I have been planning parties since I was thirteen years old.

My best friend Jenny and I hosted a holiday party for our friends complete with matching outfits, lime sherbet punch, party favors and manicotti for the main dish.  The recipe came from the back of the manicotti box!

I have gotten a little more sophisticated in my party planning and menu selection since those first parties I planned with Jenny but we did pretty well back in the day!

I have always been a fan of homebased parties whether it be for birthdays, the holidays or just because.  Do you really need a reason to have a party?

Over the years I have had lots of requests for help with party ideas, menu plans and decoration ideas. I decided what better place to share and help others plan their parties than right here at Your Homebased Parties.  I look forward to sharing with you parties I have planned and hosted, parties I have put on for others as well as helping you to create your own special party. I’d also love to have you share your parties with me!
